SEOUL, South Korea - As of 9:01 a.m. Sunday, the weather forecast for South Korea's 12 major cities has been released, providing residents with the latest temperature and precipitation expectations for the day.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul is expected to have a high of 5°C and a low of -1°C, with a 60% chance of rain. Incheon, similarly, will see temperatures ranging from 5°C to 0°C and also faces a 60% likelihood of rain. Suwon's weather is predicted to be alike, with a high of 5°C, a low of -2°C, and a 60% chance of rain.

Moving to Cheongju, the city is set to experience sunny skies, with a high of 8°C, a low of -2°C, and a 60% probability of sunny conditions. Daejeon's forecast indicates a high of 10°C and a low of -3°C under sunny skies, with the same likelihood of sunshine. Chuncheon is preparing for sleet, with temperatures expected to be 4°C at the highest and -6°C at the lowest, alongside a 60% chance of sleet.

On the east coast, Gangneung is forecasted to have sunny weather with a high of 10°C and a low of 2°C, and a 60% chance of sun. Jeonju will also enjoy sunny conditions, with temperatures reaching up to 12°C and falling to 0°C, with a 60% likelihood. Gwangju, similarly, is expected to be sunny, with a high of 13°C, a low of -1°C, and a 60% chance of sunshine.

Jeju Island is set for a warmer day, with a high of 17°C, a low of 5°C, and sunny skies, with a 60% probability. In Daegu, the weather will be sunny, with a high of 13°C,

a low of -3°C, and a 60% chance of sunny conditions. Lastly, Busan is expected to have cloudy weather with a high of 14°C, a low of 3°C, and a 30% chance of cloudiness.
