Rain Expected Across Major South Korean Cities on Sunday

SEOUL, South Korea - The weather forecast for South Korea on Sunday indicates widespread rain across the country's 12 major cities, with varying degrees of precipitation expected. As of 9:01 a.m., meteorologists have predicted rainfall in all surveyed locations, with the highest probability in the capital and its surrounding regions.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul, Incheon, and Suwon are all expected to see rain with an 80% probability, impacting temperatures that will range from highs of 29°C to 31°C and lows around 22°C. Cities like Cheongju and Daejeon will experience slightly lesser chances of rain at 70% and 60% respectively, with similar temperature profiles. Meanwhile, coastal and southern cities like Gangneung, Jeonju, and Gwangju show lower rain probabilities, decreasing to as little as 10% in Busan.

This rainy pattern is part of a broader weather system affecting the region, which could influence outdoor activities and transportation. Residents and visitors in these areas are advised to plan accordingly, taking into consideration the high likelihood of wet conditions throughout the day.
